Purchase & license

How do I buy?

Choose a plan under “Get a license” on the home page. After payment, your license key appears on the success page and is emailed (from [email protected]). Check spam/junk too.

Checkout says payments are not configured?

Online checkout may be temporarily unavailable. Email [email protected] with subject “License purchase” and the plan (1d / 7d / 30d / 1y). We will reply with payment instructions and issue a key.

When does the license start? How many PCs?

Days start on first activation. One license binds to one PC. No self-transfer or resale after binding.

Can I move to a new PC?

Only in exceptional cases (e.g. hardware failure). Email proof of purchase (order / payment screenshot / key). After review we may unbind the device so you can activate the same key on a new PC (expiry unchanged). Resale or transfer to another person is not supported.

I did not receive a license key

Check spam and the success page. If still missing, email with payment time, email address, and order ID or screenshot — we will reissue.

Refunds?

No refunds after a license is activated. If not activated, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See the refund policy.

Where to download?

Only from autopredict.org. Avoid search ads and unknown mirrors.

SmartScreen / “Unknown publisher”?

The app is published by an individual developer without a Windows code-signing certificate. The warning means the file is unsigned, not confirmed malware. Click More info → Run anyway. Verify SHA256 on the home page; optionally check VirusTotal.

Antivirus blocks the EXE?

Confirm the SHA256 matches the site. If needed, allowlist the official file. Do not download repacked copies from third parties.

System requirements?

Windows 10/11 (64-bit) with internet access for license checks and market data.

Which venues are supported?

Polymarket and Binance prediction markets. Switch on the Dashboard; both use the same 5m / 1h strategy logic.

Activation steps?

1. Download and open Auto Predict
2. Paste your license key → activate
3. Follow the guide: MetaMask private key for Polymarket; Binance API Key/Secret (Read + Prediction)
4. When Environment is ready, select the correct venue and start trading

Must I use MetaMask?

Only for Polymarket (same account as polymarket.com). No separate Polymarket API key. Binance only needs an API with Read + Prediction permissions — no MetaMask.

Does Binance have an IP geoblock?

Binance prediction trading has no Polymarket-style IP geoblock. That does not mean it is legal where you live — strictly comply with local law and Binance terms.

How much capital?

Polymarket: at least ~5 USDC to place an order; 125+ USDC recommended. Binance: keep enough balance per platform rules. Low balances carry higher risk.

5-minute vs 1-hour?

Both are available on Polymarket and Binance. The 5-minute window is shorter, so live miss-fills are more common; the 1-hour window usually tracks backtest fills more closely. Backtests evaluate strategy direction — they are not a live guarantee.

Common issues

Invalid / expired license?

Paste the full key with no extra spaces; check expiry. If it still fails, email the first few characters of the key and the exact error.

Cannot read balance / trading blocked?

Polymarket: same MetaMask account, first deposit + trading wallet, and region allowed. Binance: correct API Key/Secret, Read + Prediction permissions, funded account, and local law allows use. See the user guide.

Backtest failed or slow?

Hard-refresh (Ctrl+F5) or try a shorter date range. A full run usually takes a few seconds to about a minute.
