重要：啟用後不接受退款
數位授權為即時交付商品。授權碼一經在 Auto Predict 程式內啟用（綁定電腦）後，恕不接受任何退款或部分退款，亦無法轉讓至其他電腦。
未啟用時的退款
- 若您尚未啟用授權，且於購買後 7 日內聯絡我們，可申請全額退款。
- 重複扣款或技術錯誤導致未收到授權碼，請來信我們處理。
加密貨幣付款（USDT／USDC · Polygon）
- 目前官網以加密貨幣結帳為主。退款為人工處理，需核對鏈上交易與訂單編號。
- 核准後，我們會將款項退至您指定的 Polygon 錢包地址；處理時間通常為 3–10 個工作天（視鏈上確認與對帳進度而定）。
- 請務必使用 Polygon 網路 的 USDT 或 USDC 付款。轉錯鏈、錯幣種或錯地址導致的損失，我們無法追回或退款。
申請方式
請寄信至 [email protected]，並提供：付款 Email、訂單編號（成功頁網址中的 np_order=...）、是否已在程式內啟用、（加密貨幣退款時）您的 Polygon 收款地址。

Important: no refunds after activation
Licenses are delivered digitally. Once a license key is activated in the Auto Predict app (bound to one PC), all sales are final — no refunds or partial refunds, and the license cannot be transferred.
Refunds before activation
- If the license is not activated, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Contact us for duplicate charges or failure to receive a license key.
Crypto payments (USDT / USDC · Polygon)
- Checkout is primarily via crypto. Refunds are processed manually after we verify the on-chain payment and order ID.
- Approved refunds are sent to your Polygon wallet address. Processing usually takes 3–10 business days (blockchain confirmation and reconciliation).
- Pay only with USDT or USDC on Polygon. Wrong network, asset, or address may result in permanent loss; we cannot recover those funds.
How to request
Email [email protected] with: payment email, order ID (np_order=... from the success page), whether the key was activated, and (for crypto refunds) your Polygon refund address.
