Auto Predict is desktop software for data analysis, historical backtesting, and user-defined rule automation via third-party APIs (currently Polymarket and Binance prediction markets). It is not investment advice, financial advisory, or a profit guarantee. By purchasing a license you agree to:

• Software is provided "as is." You configure all parameters and bear all trading risk. Past backtests do not predict future results.
• License starts on first activation, bound to one machine. No self-transfer after binding. We may manually unbind a device only after support review for exceptional cases (e.g. hardware failure), not for resale or transfer to another person.
• You must comply with local laws and platform terms (e.g. Polymarket, Binance). Binance prediction trading has no Polymarket-style IP geoblock; that does not mean it is lawful where you live. Compliance is your responsibility.
• No reverse engineering, license resale, or illegal use.
• We may suspend service for maintenance, abuse, or force majeure.
